In 2013, we had the idea to create a food cart that offered creative French Fry dishes inspired by dishes like Carne Asada fries. We started with a small hand-built cart doing events, festivals and concerts.
In 2015, we opened up in The Lot selling our creative French Fry dishes along side fresh salads. Then, in 2016, we upgraded our cart and expanded our menu adding tacos and rice bowls. We have been blessed with a ton of support from our awesome community and a staff that is second to none!

In 2025, we are super excited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary of being open at The Lot!
